Easter Weekend

Spring is here! Our baby Dylan Rock is getting super cute! And our baby chicks are getting their feathers. The goats have been enjoying laying in the sun this week, and what a perfect weekend for easter egg hunts!


Billy goat a nigerian dwarf goat (top) and Jenny a Nubian milk goat (bottom) we dont milk her. I'm not that crazy. (who has time to milk a goat a couple of times a day?)


We hit 3 Easter egg hunts and the boys cleaned up. They liked the fire truck that would bring the Easter bunny and ring the siren to start the hunt. Kyler would start dancing every time the siren would go because he was so excited. He didnt get as many eggs as he should of, but we sure had fun. We stopped at the store on the way home and they were doing cake walks for the kids. Cash and Kyler got in on the action and Kyler actually won a cake! After winning they let you take it over to the bakery and let the kids decorate it. Cash had fun pouring on the sprinkles and Kyler topped the cake with a bunch of easter decor. Kyler was way excited about the cake, the entire way home he kept saying, "CAKE! CAKE CAKE!"

We also did a hunt at home and the boys had a hard time finding the eggs because we left the grass long (on purpose so we could hide the eggs, and the grass was a little too long.)
